Where do you ship?

We ship from Istanbul to the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway and most other countries with DHL/UPS Express or tracked post.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is not included in our prices. After your order we tell you the exact cost for your country and parcel weight; you pay it together with your order by bank transfer.

Import VAT and duties

Goods leave Türkiye as an export, so our prices include 0% Turkish VAT. Your country may charge import VAT and, depending on value, customs duties and a handling fee. These are paid by the recipient to the courier on delivery.

Delivery time

We dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment. Express delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to Europe.

Returns

You can return unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery. Write to us on WhatsApp first; return shipping and any import charges are paid by the customer. We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving the return.
