These terms apply to orders placed by customers outside Türkiye on comfyna.com.

Seller

Prices

Prices are in EUR, include 0% Turkish VAT (export) and exclude shipping, import VAT, customs duties and courier fees of the destination country.

Contract

Your order is an offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm stock and the shipping cost and you pay by bank transfer.

Delivery

Dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

14 days from delivery for unworn items with tags. Contact us first. Return shipping and any charges are paid by the customer; the item price is refunded within 14 days of receipt.

Law

Turkish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
